China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP) is the service-oriented scientific industrial group in the energy conservation and environmental protection field in China. At present, the Group owns 419 subsidiaries and 6 listed companies which are distributed in about 30 provinces at home and 40 countries/regions abroad.

Main business of CECEP includes energy saving, environmental protection, clean energy, resource recycling, and comprehensive services (including relevant monitoring and evaluation, planning consultation, design & construction, EPC, operation service, technology research and development, equipment manufacture, and financial & industrial conglomerate). At present, CECEP owns leading capacity and strength in many sub-sectors in China, including industrial energy saving, energy efficient building, solid waste treatment, wastewater treatment, flue gas treatment, environmental monitoring, soil remediation, heavy metal treatment, wind power, solar energy, new materials, and health industry.
